Come join with me to stretch your aching muscles, make them healthy and hold the plants to exercise your body to be strong and muscular. Fellow senior citizens, don’t just set there in your couch looking at the plants and smell the flowers. But touch them with your “green thumb” tender hands, feel the freshness of your planted flowers and fresh vegetables. Early morning visit to my plants in my garden.
Every morning I have to visit my garden to monitor their status, talk to them silently, and greet them. Believe me, when you talk to your plants, there seems to be a magical whisper that lingers your ears and they responded by showing their beautiful flowers and vigorous growth response.
When you touch them, it seems they feel they’re important creatures to be caressed and you see them smile and dance with the blowing of the wind.
